In the beginning
When I was young, I was fascinated by airplanes flying overhead, dreaming of one day piloting one myself. However, I also found myself drawn to the work of my father, an electrical engineer, who had a knack for repairing broken appliances and bringing them back to life. This early exposure to engineering sparked my interest in fixing and building things.
As a teenager, I stumbled upon the world of advertising and was captivated by the power of words to influence perception and behaviour. This discovery led me to pursue copywriting as a skill, eager to wield language as a tool for change.
After completing college, I found myself at a crossroads, torn between my passion for marketing and a desire for something more. In 2018, I landed a role at an experiential marketing agency, where I had the opportunity to create immersive brand experiences for companies like Jameson, Martell, Procter and Gamble, and GB Foods. It was during this time that I witnessed firsthand the impact of strategic thinking and creativity in connecting brands with their audiences.
